Studio Rental : Our main atelier space is open for rentals.

Studio Features:

• Use of the main studio space (the atelier) and the open lobby area (600 Sq ft Total)

• Renovated Flooring

• AC / Ventilation

• Single stall bathroom

• Access to Wi-fi

• 2 folding tables and 10-20 studio chairs.

• Yamaha P-515 Digital Piano in Studio

Accessibility:

• Performance Atelier is located at 863 Broadview Avenue, 2nd Floor.

• We are located a few minutes walk from Broadview Station.

• Due to being on the second floor of a low-rise building, we are not wheelchair accessible.

• To access the studio, visitors must take a flight of stairs with railing.

• Street parking is available on Broadview Avenue.

Booking and Payment:

• Booking must be a minimum of 2 hours

• We currently offer rentals from 3-10pm on most days of the week. Please inquire for studio availability.

• The rental rate is $35/hr.

• Day and Week rates may be worked out depending on rental needs.

• Non-Profit rehearsal rates can be worked out. Please inquire.

• A security deposit will required to confirm booking.
